Apartment Wi-Fi Service Terms
These operating terms protect residents, the shared network, and the service administrator.
Account and room details
Subscribers must register with accurate personal and room information. A room conflict may be held for administrator review. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared with unrelated residents without approval.
Access and payment
Creating an account does not provide general internet access. Access begins only after the selected plan is paid, verified, and activated on the apartment router. Plan speed, duration, and device limits apply to the account.
Devices and credentials
Subscribers are responsible for their passwords and connected devices. Suspicious devices should be removed from the self-service centre and the account password changed immediately.
Fair and lawful use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, deliberate network disruption, credential theft, malicious software distribution, or attempts to bypass plan limits. Access may be suspended to protect the network or investigate abuse.
Availability
Internet availability may be affected by Starlink, electricity, equipment maintenance, upstream outages, or emergency network controls. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Privacy
The system stores account, payment, subscription, device, and security information needed to operate the service. Payment verification data is handled through the configured payment provider and administrative audit records.
