Everything you need to connect, subscribe and stay online.

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to create your room account, select a package, complete payment, connect your devices and solve common problems.

01

GETTING STARTED

Create and prepare your room account

How do I create my room account?
  1. Open the Apartment Wi-Fi landing page using mobile data or another internet connection.
  2. Select Create Account.
  3. Enter your correct room number and the requested account information.
  4. Create a password that you can remember but other residents cannot easily guess.
  5. Submit the form and wait for the registration-success confirmation.
One room should use one authorised account. Do not create several accounts for the same room.
Create room account
How should I enter my room number?

Enter the room number assigned to your apartment. The system normally accepts common variations such as ROOM1, Room1 or ROOM 1.

Always confirm that you selected the correct room before paying because your subscription will be connected to that room account.

How should I protect my account?
  • Do not share your room password with unauthorised users.
  • Never send payment OTPs or verification codes to anyone.
  • Use a password that is different from your mobile-money PIN.
  • Contact support when you can no longer access your account.

CONNECTING AND MANAGING DEVICES

Connect only after the package becomes active

How do I connect after activation?
  1. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your phone, laptop or television.
  2. Select the Apartment Wi-Fi network.
  3. Wait for the captive-portal login page to appear.
  4. Enter your room number and subscriber password.
  5. Submit the login form and wait for internet access.
A valid account alone is not enough. The room must also have an active subscription.
What happens when I reach my device limit?

Every plan has a fixed simultaneous-device allowance. A new device may be rejected when the plan has already reached its limit.

  • Disconnect devices that are no longer in use.
  • Avoid sharing the login with other rooms.
  • Upgrade to a package with a larger device allowance when required.
  • Contact support if an old device remains registered unexpectedly.
Can I connect phones, laptops and televisions?

Yes. Phones, laptops, smart televisions and other supported Wi-Fi devices may connect, provided the total number does not exceed your package limit.

Devices without a normal browser may require initial assistance when the captive-portal login page cannot open.
